Book Review:

I willingly read the ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is the first time I'm reading and reviewing Annika Martin's book and I'm excited that I'm reviewing "The Billionaire's Fake Fiancé" because it was completely different than I expected. It made me laugh out loud like a maniac several times in a book.

Tabitha is a hairdresser and is currently battling a setback in her profession due to a recurring strain injury in the wrist. Rex is a self-made billionaire by manages other people's wealth.

He now runs his own firm. Now he wants to acquire the Driscoll account but has asked for a review. Rex and Clark think it's because of their Playboy image.

To improve that image and impress Driscoll's boss, they come up with a plan to fake a fiancée and accept Driscoll's invitation to spend a few weeks on a yacht.

Tabitha marks all the items on Rex's hate list. Tabitha is a lively, sweet and bubbly personality as well as an extremely positive attitude that adores Hello Kitty and soap operas. Rex is the jerk, the control freak is brooding, growling and Grumpy.

They are polar opposites of each other. Tabitha takes her dull and boring world by storm and fills it with love and laughter. The story was an adventure filled with laughter, smiles and warmth.

There was not a single dull moment in it. At the yacht, Tabitha detects a scammer and tells Rex about it. Rex doesn't believe her and she tries to prove him wrong.

“Scams have special radars for each other. They have a scam"

Totally liked Tabitha's bubbly and lively character. The humour in this story comes in the form of jokes about Rex and Tabitha.

The cute Hot Pink Barbie, lively bubbly character along Hello Kitty and the soap opera made it a delightful read. Well written with a steady plot and pace with beautiful secondary characters.

Overall, a well-written story with a captivatingly entertaining rom-com. Can't wait to see what happens to Noel and Malcolm in the next book.
