Dr. Kellyann's Bone Broth Diet by Kellyann Petrucci  it's not just for the bone broth he's using gonna show us some tasty and healthy recipes kelly-ann always good to see you 

I have for quite some time with this tell us about the health benefits so it's a great way to start your day because studies are showing the bone broth is reducing inflammation what that means is you get to look and feel a whole lot better 

also it heals your gut and most people know we have a gut but you know that 80 to 90 percent of our immune system is actually in our gut so we want our immune system before us right why not and here's my favorite part it helps you become what I call a natural fat burner and that's 

because you are eating less carbs as you're sipping on this so you start burning fat right and you know the country and this kind of fat here here here you know those places we want to gone that's what 

it does where do we not want fat we are doing sheekha you're trying it yes okay what do you think it's really it's really good it smells delicious but not good but how does so the goal growth

I thought through all of these are all fat-burning foods I don't mess around some onions all really super tasty everything is thoughtfully burnt back a little bit of garlic everything that you need pepper is everything that you need

if you mix all that upright and then you want to take in the pork yes you can still have pork on this diet we might promise you this is gonna fill you up in a way but you've never been filled up before and then again thinking this through 

I put cumin in here why do we want cumin because cumin studies are showing us it actually reduces inflammation you want to lose weight but you got to get that inflammation out of your body 

you got to get it out of your body that's another chilling it's a different kind of chili gameday anybody wants a good meal for game day this is your go-to listen to 240 calories it's two dollars and fifty cents per serving makes a hold-up put this in a Tupperware Bowl use 

it instead of one of those sugary meals that you have I'll tell you wait to see the results wonderful

it's Choy and garlic and leeks and you know yeah so you want bok choy in your diet because bok choy is gonna give you fiber why do we want fiber it helps you feel fuller longer you're not always on the food
