Book Review:

About two years ago I read something that on many levels fundamentally changed how I thought about the world it opened up different doors of perspective and in a way that really challenged a lot of things that I thought I knew and gave me an avenue for exploring the world around me through a framework that I have found very helpful ever since

The thing that I read was a tweetstorm by Naval Ravikant it's called how to get rich without getting lucky it's a very clickbaity title and at the core of it yes it's about how to get rich but as the last line of this tweet storm points out once you get rich you're gonna discover it's not the thing that you were seeking the whole time and that really encapsulates the entire tweetstorm

because it's not really about finding financial success as much as it is about exploring the things in life that bring meaning and bring impact and bring happiness

so it's a very philosophical thing shrouded ostensibly in this conversation about how to make money or how to create a successful business and yeah there is a lot of that if you just want to go into this tweetstorm and read and learn how to build a business how to think about leverage or how to think about luck then this is going to be a great resource for you

but if you want to go in there and learn more about happiness or how to be a clear thinker or just how to be more in alignment with who you are rather than with external expectations this book is going to be very very helpful and

The book today that I want to bring in front of you is called The Almanack of Naval Ravikant is by Eric Jorgensen and this book is a compilation of different interviews podcasts tweets blog posts that naval has put out over the years, Eric just took it all put it into one place so it's easily consumed it's in a nice format it's very easily read and it's just densely packed with wisdom.

I would recommend this book to absolutely everybody this is maybe my in my top five favourite reads in the last year the book itself is not a story it's not a narrative it's just a resource with a lot of information but every page is packed full of new insights and wisdom and ways of approaching the world

I'm very grateful for you know having been exposed to naval because his thinking has had a big impact on my thinking and I think that's the highest form of compliment I can give for any person

Would recommend this 10 out of 10 absolutely I would not hesitate you should go and check out naval's podcast it's just the naval podcast go check it out and it's a three hour deep dive into that tweetstorm and you're gonna come away with a lot of new information or pieces of wisdom or like ways of thinking about the world

That's going to change how you approach life business relationships yourself and I think it's going to make you not make you but I think it can open the door for you to step through and find a part of yourself that you didn't even know was there, so that is the almanack of Naval Ravikant go check it out.

 THANK YOU SO MUCH
